To enhance user experience we offer an automated process for account closing. Follow the steps below to understand how to close your account.

Will any data be retained for legal or compliance purposes? We will retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even if you request the deletion of your data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Preparation Checklist

Close your active positions and orders.

Make sure you have withdrawn all your assets. Note you may need to wait for settlement at 8:00 UTC to withdraw session profits.

Download your transaction logs and monthly statements, we can not provide statements of closed accounts. You can do this on the Transaction Log page.
Log in to your main account, navigate to the Account Settings section, and select the option to start the account closing process. Confirm that you have downloaded all transaction logs.
The system ensures there are no positions, open orders, or outstanding balances above the threshold. Balances of your main account and any subaccounts have to be below $12.50 each (note that some non-withdrawable 'dust' balances may remain). You can see your per-subaccount balances on the Wallet page.
If these criteria are not met, you will receive an email titled "Account Removal Cancelled," specifying the reason.
If your account passes the balance check, a confirmation link will be sent to your registered email address. Click on the confirmation link within 24 hours to proceed with the closing.
During the account closing process, the following actions will be taken.

Account Lock: Your account will be locked to prevent any further activity.

Session Clearance: All active sessions will be terminated to secure the account.

Email Update: The account's email address will be removed from our news and marketing emails lists

Subaccount Email Reset: Email addresses for all subaccounts will be aligned with the main account’s new email settings.

2FA Removal: All two-factor authentication (2FA) keys for the main account and subaccounts will be removed.

API Key Deletion: All API keys associated with the main account and subaccounts will be deleted.
Once the closing process is complete, you will receive an automated email confirmation.
