Secondary email confirmation for withdrawals
Clients now have the ability to set an additional email confirmation for withdrawals. Once set,all new withdrawal requests to any address will require this secondary email approval. The secondary email for approval cannot be the same as the main account's email or its aliases. For adding or removing the secondary email approval, an 'Account' scope alongside confirmation from both the main and secondary emails is required.
If a withdrawal does not receive a secondary email confirmation within 1 hour, it will be automatically canceled to ensure user security.
For users who have lost access to their secondary email, they can reach out to our support team. Upon successful re-verification, the support team has the capability to remove the secondary email confirmation.
Note: We highly recommend users to regularly verify access to their secondary email to ensure a smooth withdrawal process. Always ensure the security of both primary and secondary emails for utmost security.
How to set up a secondary email confirmation:
1) Head to Wallet→ Withdraw
2) Provide a secondary email to be used for the confirmation
3) Click on the links received on both the main and secondary emails
4) All set! From now on, you will receive confirmation requests to both of your emails. If you want to remove such confirmation, simply head again to Wallet → Withdraw and select “Remove Email”. This will trigger 2 email confirmations again which need to be approved.
