Secondary email confirmation for withdrawals

Users have the ability to set an additional email confirmation for withdrawal operations. Once set, all new withdrawal requests to any address will require this secondary email approval. The secondary email for approval cannot be the same as the main account's email or its aliases. 

For adding or removing the secondary email approval, an 'account' scope alongside the confirmation from both the main and secondary emails are required.

If a withdrawal does not receive email confirmation within 1 hour, it will be automatically canceled to ensure user security.

For users who have lost access to their secondary email, they can reach out to our support team. Upon successful re-verification, the support team has the capability to remove the secondary email confirmation.

Important

We highly recommend users to regularly verify their secondary email to ensure a smooth withdrawal process. Always ensure the security of both primary and secondary emails for utmost security.

How to set up a secondary email confirmation:

  1. Head to Wallet → Withdraw

  2. Provide secondary email used for the confirmation

  3. Click on the links received on both the main and secondary email

  4. All set! From now on, you will receive confirmation requests to both of your emails. If you want to remove such confirmation, simply head again to Wallet → Withdraw and select “Remove Email”.

  • What happens if I don’t confirm a withdrawal from the secondary email?

    The withdrawal will not be processed until confirmation is received from both the primary and secondary email addresses.

  • How long do I have to confirm a withdrawal?

    Confirmations need to be completed within 1 hour. If not confirmed in time, the withdrawal request will be canceled.

  • Can I still use API withdrawals with secondary email confirmation?

    Yes, but the secondary email confirmation will still be required for the withdrawal to complete, even if initiated via API.
