Terms Of Service Overview

The Deribit FZE Exchange Membership Terms set out the agreement between the Deribit Exchange and its members. When applying to become a member of the Exchange, members are required to agree to be bound to these terms as they may be updated from time to time. The Deribit FZE Exchange Rulebook sets out the rules and procedures for fair and orderly trading on the Deribit Exchange. It includes the conduct of business requirements which apply to all members making use of the Exchange services, as well as the powers of the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (the VARA) to supervise the activity on the Exchange. The DRB Panama Terms of Service set out the agreement between DRB Panama Inc and its clients. DRB Panama Inc is itself a member of the Deribit Exchange, and is thereby able to provide eligible clients with certain exchange services. By virtue of its membership, DRB Panama Inc is likewise bound by the Deribit FZE Exchange Membership Terms and the Deribit FZE Exchange Rulebook.
